Andres O. Soto
Andres "Andy" Soto joined Mills Shirley L.L.P. in 2011 as an associate in the litigation section. Andy is a general litigator whose experience includes matters such as: commercial disputes, personal injury suits, construction defect disputes, insurance coverage disputes, family law cases, and employer/employee disputes.
Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, Andy lived in Brownsville, Texas until he moved to Houston in 2001. At that time, he attended Rice University where he eventually received his undergraduate degree with a double major in English & Philosophy. He then moved to Austin, Texas in 2006 and received his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law. Andy spent the first two years of his practice in McAllen, Texas before settling in Galveston.
